"Surprisingly easy to use"
I was expecting the whole thing to be more annoying, but I found what I needed on 1800radiator quickly. The site was simple enough to get around, and I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of extra clicks or confusing pages, which is usually where these sites lose me. Checkout was clear too. I kept waiting for some hassle to pop up, but nothing really did, so I don’t have much to complain about.

"Works for now, but quality could be better"
The radiator showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but I was a little disappointed once I opened the box. A few of the fins were bent, and overall it just felt cheaper than I was expecting. My brother helped me get it installed, and it seems to be working okay for now, but I’m not totally confident in how well it’ll hold up long term.

"Decent support, just slow timing"
Support for our commercial account was okay overall, but I think we caught them at a bad time because replies took longer than I expected. They did get the billing issue fixed in the end, but I had to follow up twice before it was fully sorted out

"Wrong fit at first, but they fixed it"
Had an issue with the radiator I ordered. Wrong fit. Frustrating at first. I called 1-800-Radiator & A/C and they were actually really helpful. No runaround. No big hassle. They found the right one, shipped it out quick, and kept me updated. Stuff happens. They handled it well. 5 stars from me.

"Good help, just a bit of a wait"
I had a question about whether the radiator would fit, and customer service got back to me quickly. They explained things clearly enough and helped me figure out what I needed to order. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is, uh, the hold time was a little longer than I would’ve liked. Overall though, it was a good experience.

"Parts Were Fine, Shipping Made It Pricey"
The parts showed up just fine and everything was okay, but maaaan, the price didn’t feel great once shipping was added. I ended up finding cheaper options later, so that was a little disappointing...

"Wrong part and not much help"
I called in to place an order, and as far as I can tell, they ended up sending me the wrong part. I don’t have every detail in front of me, so maybe there was some mix-up somewhere, but when I tried to get help with it, I didn’t really get anywhere. Frustrating experience overall.

"Got My Radiator Same Day"
I needed a radiator urgently and, thankfully, they had it ready the same day. I picked it up after work without any hassle, which was great because I was definitely not stressing at all... totally calm. The price was fair too, and it saved me from having my car stuck down all weekend

I ordered a radiator from 1-800-Radiator & A/C and overall it was fine. It showed up in decent shape, and the price seemed okay, not the absolute cheapest I saw, but close enough that I felt like it was reasonable. The website was easy to use too, which I appreciated. The only thing that bugged me a little was the shipping. It took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t super consistent. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not sure, but I would’ve liked a little more info while waiting. The part did fit fine once it arrived, so at least that worked out. I’d probably consider ordering from them again if I needed something quickly, but I’d still check a few other places first just to make sure I’m getting the best deal

"Fitment info was off"
I ordered a radiator that was supposed to fit my car, but when I got it and tried to install it, the mounting points just didn’t line up right. Support was nice enough, basically saying something like “sorry for the hassle, you can send it back,” but it still cost me time boxing it up and then tracking one down locally. The price was decent, but the fitment details really need to be more accurate.

I ordered a radiator online and was able to pick it up at the local store the same day, which was really convenient. The part was ready when I got there, the guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, and the price seemed fair. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the pickup area wasn’t super easy to find. I was expecting clearer instructions on where to go once I arrived, but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly

"Wish I’d Returned It Sooner"
I kind of wish I hadn’t waited to start the return because the whole thing was way easier than I expected. The return went through quickly, and my refund came back without any hassle at all.
